Over the past 4 years, I’ve helped so many women transform their bodies and finally fall in love with their reflection in the mirror.

Not only have they revolutionised their approach to wellness, they have experienced change on such a deep and powerful level within their own inner world, allowing them to ditch the diets for life and live in harmony with food.

The results and changes I see these women experience is phenomenal and it’s my passion and privilege to play a part in it.

Since childhood I have been at war with my body; the way it looked, the way it moved and the way it felt. I spent years trying different diets hoping to wake up one day in a bikini ready body. But no matter how much weight I lost, I never felt happy and would re-gain the pounds rapidly.

But then life as I knew it totally changed.

I was in the car with one of my friends and we were chatting about dieting and our body woes and my friend said to me “I don’t think we’ll ever get to a place where we feel happy with the way we look. No matter what we do we’ll always need a diet”. At that point I felt a huge wave of emotion flood my body and every part of me screamed “No! I don’t want that for my life!” As I sat there and realised just how much I’d abused my body, I made a commitment to myself to find a better way of living with my body.

I stumbled across the Self Love Scene and instantly felt a pull to explore it more. But as I dived deeper into the message of loving and accepting myself, a part of me also felt like I was just giving up on my body. 

I wasn’t ready to settle for a body that didn’t feel healthy and that I couldn’t move easily. I wanted to lose weight and become fitter but I wanted to incorporate the self love lessons I had learned too. So I started a rebellion. I decided to love my body AND change my body all at the same time. I decided to love my body to a place of complete health and wellness and exercise in ways that felt good too.

Long story short, I ended up learning so much and feeling absolutely ah-mazing! But it all began to feel a bit lonely. I didn’t fit in at the diet clubs because I wasn’t prepared to follow their food rules and I didn’t fit into the body acceptance scene because I still wanted to lose weight and change my body {for the better}. That’s when I decided to create my own community and share all that I know about how to get the body of your dreams through loving actions and intuitive guidance.

It feels really incredible to look back on my journey and see how I used to live. I can’t quite believe that my life used to have such huge fluctuations in it.
